What is Kidnapped: Rescue Mission?

  • A crime has been committed and time is running out. It is up to the people on your team to organize an emergency rescue mission to achieve three objectives:
  • Rescue the Victim/Hostage – primary team goal.
  • Identify the Kidnapper – this will take keen deduction and collaboration.
  • Score the most points and become the Hero of the Day – everyone will earn an individual score.
  • This training and team building program has been designed by FullTilt Team Development to be completed in stages. With the clues picked up as teams progress, each subsequent stage will require that the knowledge gleaned from earlier stages be used to continue to the ultimate goal: Rescue!

How does it work?

Every stage will demand a slightly different set of skills be employed to successfully navigate the challenge.

  • The Four I’s – Introduction, Ice Breaker, Itinerary, Intention Setting
  • The Kidnapping – our experience facilitation team will stage a kidnapping in front of your unsuspecting group. Usually a pre-determined person from your team OR our team will be taken.
  • Role Designation & Challenges – teams will be formed and they will have to designate various roles for each other such as communication lead, sketch artist, navigation expert and others.
  • Rescue – teams will put together all the clues and pieces to the story to

Requires indoor AND outdoor space. Ideally, 2-3 indoor rooms and 1 outdoor space
Timing - FLEXIBLE (1 - 4 hours)
Team size: 2 - 6 people
Venue/space - enough space to comfortably accommodate your team of any group size
Tables & chairs - not needed but a few tables might help
