What is the Mission Vision & Values?

This is a highly customized facilitated program with concrete deliverables centered around crafting crucial documents used to establish and guide an organization. The process is organic and tailored to each group or team that opts into this journey. It is key to have an outside facilitator involved that is disconnected from organizational hierarchy and influence. Our job it to make sure things keep moving forward in a positive way without getting stuck in the weeds hashing through potential internal political obstacles. You can expect this work to be passionate and involved with many voices being considered as contributions are gathered. Among the potential key outcomes for Mission Values and Vision are:
