What is the Mission Vision & Values?

This is a highly customized facilitated program with concrete deliverables centered around crafting crucial documents used to establish and guide an organization. The process is organic and tailored to each group or team that opts into this journey. It is key to have an outside facilitator involved that is disconnected from organizational hierarchy and influence. Our job it to make sure things keep moving forward in a positive way without getting stuck in the weeds hashing through potential internal political obstacles. You can expect this work to be passionate and involved with many voices being considered as contributions are gathered. Among the potential key outcomes for Mission Values and Vision are:

1. A specific crafted Mission Statement for your Organization or Department
2. A Set of Core Values and the associated pertinent and relevant definitions
3. Aspirational Vision Statements, potentially with several different time horizons
4. Code of Conduct – outlining the expected behaviors for staff to honor
5. Communication Credo – a document illustrating the ways communication should be handled within the organization
6. Custom support for specific organizational initiatives to clarify and reinforce important messaging.
