What is Optimal Time Management?

In our modern world, time management is one of the most important skills. No matter how successful we are, or how much we get done, it can feel like we’re always falling behind. This learning program doesn’t just tell you about great time management skills: it teaches them to you through fun activities. At the end of this activity that anyone can do anywhere at any time of the year, team members will be able to juggle even the busiest work schedule through the optimization of their time management.

How does it work?

No matter the size of your group, we’ll break it into small ones. Then, we’ll go through several time management tasks. These will all be in the guise of a business simulation, so the real world application will be obvious and apparent. All the facets of time management, how to prioritize one task over again, delegating the right task to the right person, being able to tackle multiple tasks at once, will each be explored and tested. Showcase! Groups will present to the others what they worked on, how it went and more.
