Prepare for a cosmic journey. Your team transforms into astronauts and engineers, tasked with building a high-flying rocket from everyday materials — a 2-litre soda bottle, cardboard, and tape.The mission: engineer a rocket that can safely carry a fragile cargo — a raw egg — into the air.

The twist? As it comes down, the rocket must deploy a parachute or braking device so the egg lands unscathed.It's a thrilling race against gravity and time as teams collaborate, innovate, and problem-solve their way to a successful, egg-saving launch.

Step 1

Welcome and team formation

Teams meet each other and the facilitators, get divided into balanced groups, and receive an overview of the mission.

The mission and the rules

Teams learn the constraints and the win condition: launch high, then land the egg safely.

Design and planning

Each team designs its rocket and its parachute or braking system, balancing height against a soft landing.
