How Anything It Takes works
What your team will experience during Anything It Takes
Welcome and team formation
Teams are introduced to each other and the facilitators. Participants are divided into balanced groups and receive an overview of the day's mission and the cause they'll be supporting.
Introduction to your cause
Learn about the real-world impact of the project and, where possible, meet the charity or community partner who will receive what your team builds.
Challenge activities to earn materials
Teams compete in collaborative problem-solving challenges. Each success earns the materials and components needed for the build, sharpening communication and teamwork along the way.
The build begins
Using the materials they've earned, teams start constructing their project. Clear guidance keeps the build moving while encouraging collaboration and attention to detail.
Teams complete their work
Groups finish assembly, troubleshoot together, and make sure the result meets quality standards. The sense of accomplishment grows as the project takes shape.
Review and quality check
Each finished item is checked to make sure it's ready for the people who'll receive it. Teams celebrate seeing the tangible result of their effort.
Donation ceremony and reflection debrief
A meaningful moment honors the work completed and the people it will help. Teams reflect on what they learned, the connections they built, and the impact they created together.
Your team walks away from Anything It Takes with more than a completed activity.
