Teams complete their bicycles
Groups finish assembly, troubleshoot together, and make sure every bike is safe and road-ready.
Quality check and test
Each bicycle is inspected and tested for safety and functionality before it's ready to be donated.
Donation ceremony and reflection
A meaningful moment honors the work and the children who'll receive the bikes, followed by a team debrief.

Anywhere with a beach or an open grass field. It's available worldwide, so it works at a coastal resort, a park, or any venue with open outdoor space.
How many people can do the Bicycle Build Challenge?
It scales from about 12 participants to 500 or more, in teams of 4β8, so it works for a single department or a full conference crowd.
How long does the Bicycle Build Challenge take?
Most events run 1β3 hours, including the briefing, the challenges, the build, the quality check, and the donation moment. Timing can be tailored to your schedule.
Is the Bicycle Build Challenge indoor or outdoor?
It can run indoors or outdoors. The build itself works comfortably in a hotel ballroom, conference center, or office space.
