Each team gets an 8ft rectangular table and instructions, with one objective: create their own personal tiki bar that meets specific criteria — a signature drink, an appetizer, and a theme.Teams also create a POP (Point of Purchase) display, then vote on who built the most extravagant and creative tiki bar.
